First of all, I dont speak english very well, so, i'm sorry for any gramatical error Tongue

Well... I have a Dell Inspiron 14R-3460 with a GT 630m and a i7-3612qm 2.1GHz... I was tryin to play some games like Metroid Prime 2, Other M, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, on 720p, i read so many things on this forum, that says my graphic card settings are RI 2~2.5x, no AA, Anastropic 16x, resulting in something about 55~60 FPS, but really this doesnt happends!

These games remain between 15 ~ 20 FPS with these configurations... Somebody help me with the right settings, or any other version of Dolphin! I use 3.0-755.

Thanks so much =]

Nvidia GT 540M : NSMB run 60FPS at 720p , 2.5IR ,no AA , 16x AF
Nvidia GT 540M (Laptop) ~ Nvidia GT 440 (desktop)
Nvidia GT 630M is just a renamed version from GT 540M , it has 28.8GB/sec memory bandwidth

@OP , use Realtemp to check your CPU clock speed when dolphin is running . A 2.1GHz CPU is not good enough for dolphin but if it turbo boost 3.1-3.2GHz , most games will run well
Make sure dolphin use Nvidia GPU , not the crappy Intel HD 4000
http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=20864
Also note that : Nvidia GT 540M will bottleneck the CPU if you run dolphin at 1080p fullscreen resolution . So either choose 720p + 2->2.5x IR or 1080p + 1->1.5xIR
Tips:
Use EFB copy to texture
Uncheck "Run dolphin in Fullscreen" , use Alt-Enter to enter fullscreen
Right-click the game -> properties -> Check "Activate Vbeam"

Basically the game was made to run on a GC/Wii, and all of the code it is running and similar things have to be translated to work on a PC. This translation happens in the CPU, which causes the CPU to be relied upon heavily. In most PC games, the GPU is used more than the CPU, but in emulators, where the CPU has to translate stuff, the CPU tends to take on more of the burden.

That is why Resident Evil 5 might run in full hd but Dolphin can hardly run at all.
Desktop:
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K @ 4.4 GHz
GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Factory OC'ed)
RAM: 16 GB @ 1600 MHz
Dolphin Revision:3.0, 3.0-784, 3.5, latest 3.5
