everything works 100 % when i play other wii games and gamecube games with my ps3 controller, but when i play zelda twilight princess only the mouse works. here are my settings if somone could help id be greatly apreciated. Also, the game use to work before but i played paper mario, got bored and decided to play zelda next thing i know the buttons on my ps3 controller wont work with the game but will work on other wii games.

EDIT: I RE-INSTALLED DOLPHIN AND d3 TOOL AND NOTHING CHANGED

You have your Input Device as a keyboard for the Wiimote config. Set it to your PS3 controller like you did for the GCPad (the MotionInJoy). After that, you'll have to configure the input for each button.

Not unless the Wii game supports it (e.g. Mario Kart Wii, Super Smash Bros. Brawl). For LoZ:TP on the Wii, you'll have to configure the controls so that your PS3 controller's buttons correspond to the emulated Wiimote, e.g. "X" might be "1" and "O" might be "2", depending on what you find best.
