Something strange with my d3d plugin that i need help

Well the issue i noticed that since today, when playing with D3D plugin there is like a white L on my screen (like 3 sprites on size). First i thought it was some dead pixels but testing with any other program they were not there, so i was wondering, what is wrong with my plugin?
