I know a few other emulators like MAME have a "frame delay" feature that essentially pauses the emulation for a fraction of the frame and starts a bit later, thus polling inputs at a later time and reducing input lag. Of course this leaves the CPU less time to render out the frame, so the CPU will need to be fast, depending on the game.
I'm asking because I'm trying to play Mega Man 9 and 10 at console-like input latency. These games can't use " Immediately Present XFB" so I have to reduce input lag in other ways.
