well, the nice thing about them high-res-textures is they won't throttle down your emulation speed cuz that's where the GFX card finally has something to do while normally it's almost only the CPU.

There is a lot of people retexturing wii games, mostly SSBB for use on real wii. Hi-res textures for emus only can't be used by near as many, it's a matter of time untill enough people can run Dolphin good enough for it to be worth the trouble.

They never retexured THE ENTIRE GAME. Just a lot of the more common environment textures that bugged them.
