Some of the HD Textures in my game are loading but others arent!

What is going on! Some hd textures I downloaded for animal crossing gamecube arent working. A lot of them are but some arent! They worked yesterday but today they suddendly decide not to work! What is going on?

This is just a curiosity, I experienced a similar behavior before. Sometimes when I load a texture pack that uses DDS BC7 textures, not all of them would load on the first attempt. I then close the game, load it a second time, and all of them work. Can you also try this and see if you get similar results?
