Some minor problems, but need help.

Hie, it´s a minor problem, every time i start dolphi he begin minimized and even if i clik in dolphi icon he don´t restaure i have to rihgt clik the icon and them restaure it, it´s the same thing when a start a rom.
The other thing is tat i playin resident evil remake for game cube and when i load a state (f1) only shows the cenary and the shadow of the charater.

Someone can help please, I am using windows 7 64bit.
