Some issues with Resident Evil

I have recently been trying to open GameCube Resident Evil and over and over I get this error. Do you know if it is reported?
It is the only title that fails!

Have you tried disabling dual core like the error message suggests?

Yes I do and the result was the same!

Can you verify your dump? In dolphin, right click, properties, verify.

I can't see any verification options.

To clarify the steps: In Dolphin's game list, right-click on the game, then select Properties, then go to the Verify tab.
