heyo.

i managed to get pass through to work properly after my last post.
i bought a new buck converter and wii blue tooth card and re solderd it all and the new one works 100% (dont know what part failed on the old one but probably the converter did)

Any way..

4 wii motes + a balance board working OK.. (home made Wii Bluetooth board connected via connected via usb 3.0)

audio from the controllers seems to get really spotty when moving around.. "wii play motion, on the ghost catching game becomes almost unplayable"

but the Actuall main issue i have is the Wii mic's

i have 2 Wii mics from the wii sing game's They are the logitech ones.
I connect them to a usb 3.0 port (1 each, no usb hubs or anything, direct to the back of the pc. not front panel or anything at all)

me and the kiddo have managed to sing about 2/3rds of the bear necessities. (Disney sing it family hits)
i have the pal and usa version. (wife is from california and we live in the uk, we can often get her family to send us games)

they both act the same.
"general but not Always the same symptoms"

Start the game.
press A on a controller
Select play/sing
Scroll through songs (hard crash to desktop, no errors)

on occasion you can get all the way to the songs select a song and sing almost all of it.. Then hard crash to desktop.

We also have we sing rock, wii sing uk hits and we sing 80's
( i can test those too if needed but my daughter is autistic and really likes disney)

I have dolphin updated to the nightly developer builds now but they did not fix it.
having looked on the internet Dolphin seems to say its the lib drivers.
the lib drivers say its how they should work and its the way that they are being called thats the issue.
and then some other claims that its a diferent back end thats causing all the issues..

But amongs all that I did see that some one "i presume a dev for dolphin or a dev of a fork" said that the lib team had given them enough info about making calls from multiple threads for them to make a work arround.
And that is all the info i can find..

So honestly what i want is for some one to tell me how i can fix this Even if it is a horrible mess of registry entries and 3rd party un signed drivers.
(i did set it not to be dual core in case that would work but it did not)

i understand That my best option would be to just Set up a linux machine to emulate on. But honestly at that point my best option becomes just use a wii.

more than happy to mess about with my system to get it working. but going as far as dual booting to get in to dolphin is more work than setting up the wii permenantly..

Any way sorry for the long post.

There isn't really any way for you to get USB microphones to work well on Windows right now, unfortunately.

that is a shame.
Its strange that its not a consistent crash though.. well it is consistent as its a guaranteed crash, But sometimes we can sing 70% of a song, other times we cannot even select a song before a crash.. I do find that peculiar..
