Hmm I did some experimenting and found out it's only some cheats that make the game not boot. Although then I wonder why the heck those were created.

The game boots so the banner is displayed. But the game is broken and can't be played ( http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-gc-star-wars-the-clone-wars ). Unfortunately

Why wasn't it ever fixed? Is it still being worked on?
