Hi all, I want to know few things.
Can both Dolphin and USB LOADER GX(wii homebrew) run WBFS game files perfectly?
Otherwise which tool should I use to convert my wbfs to iso? Should i use wbfstoiso.com /OR/ Wii Backup Manager. Please help

WBFS should work fine with both (unless the WBFS files you have contain unfixable errors, in which case converting to ISO won't help).

Also is there any risk that wbfs files might get corrupted or damaged later ? Which format do you use

Right now, the new compressed format specifically for Dolphin is RVZ (Revolution Zip), which is a great lossless format that fixes many problems with NKit, wbfs, etc, but unfortunately only works on Dolphin. I use RVZ personally, but if you want to have games that work both on a USB loader and on Dolphin, use wbfs. It gets the job done and still saves space (by chopping off channel/update data, which is not a great idea if you're trying to preserve your games).

Can GameCube games be also converted from iso to wbfs... which tool for this?

You need to format a drive in a special wbfs format to use it with wbfs games on a Wii.
