1- Don't use one of your stick for IR. Let IR set to default settings (cursor Y-/Y+/X-/X+). Your mouse will do the job.
2- If you don't config "Swing" and "Tilt" you won't be able to simulate Wiimotes moves. Map them to one of your stick.
3- In most games you'll have to use Nunchuk to move. Choose "Nunchuk" in "Extension" and map buttons to your second stick.
4- In addition you'll have to configure "Shake" functions (Wiimote and Nunchuk). Choose preferably the same button for the three values (x, y, z).
