I have two games that the Dolphin does see my controller when played and three that it doesn't see even though they seem to load fine. What are some possible options that I am not doing correctly? Please help.

Please list which games you're trying to play specifically. Also, post screenshots of your controller configurations.

FIFA World Cup South Africa 2010, FIFA 2010, Mortal Kombat Armageddon, Call of Duty Modern Warfare, Mario Kart, Mario Kart Double Dash. Mario Kart and Mario Kart Double Dash are the only ones recognized right now.

You know that you have to configure a Wiimote for these games right?
Mario Kart games (GC and Wii) can work with GC pad but it won't work for other Wii games

Oh damn. No I didn't realize that. I just assumed with Dolphin being able to run both systems I could use either controller type. Thanks dude.

Go into "Wiimote" and choose "Emulated Wiimote". It should work fine now

The emulated setting allows me to start the game, but with an obvious handicap. How Do Wii controllers connect to PC? Do they connect directly via USB or using the GameCube PC adapter?

Go into "Wiimote" and choose "Emulated Wiimote". It should work fine now.

Wii Remotes connect via Bluetooth. If you want to use one, you'll need a Bluetooth dongle and a USB/wireless sensor bar.
