As is clearly stated in the freaking title of the plugin, the plugin uses Direct3D9, in other word(s), NO.

Use the OpenGL plugin. The D3D plugin is broken at the moment.

I used the OpenGL Plugin, but when I open my Zelda Wind Waker a message appears:"Can't create OpenGL renderer. You might be missing some required opengl extensions, check the logs for more info",and Dolphin crashes!!!!

And other thing,I have downloaded a newest version of dolphin(4017),with this problem of OpenGL,but with the directX the nintendo logo and dolby digital logo appears in PB,and dolphin shows an other message:"Posmtx not supported correctly. 32",please,help-me!

It's already been stated in this thread, you cant use opengl with your graphics card.
I advise that you make an upgrade or stick with the Direct x plugin.

PS: this rev is as close as you'll ever get to OpenGL use it in the meantime, but I still recommend an upgrade:
