I am playing Zelda Wind Waker with a old version of dolphin, but with this graphic problem(DirectX Plugin):http://img171.imageshack.us/img171/6755/41993336.jpg
These "things" are speeding-up in my monitor, aways I stay in a room with lava, appears these things,it's irritant!

I have configured plugin, but the Pixel Shader option doesn't exist!I have downloaded the latest version in download page, but when I open the game, this message appears:Your Direct3D accelerator is too old,....
I have the latest drivers for my video chipset!

Oh,and more...

I want sound in this game(I love Zelda),how to I make sound?

The directX plugin is out dated.
You wont get anywhere with that.

As for the sound, newer revs have sound in WW.

You also failed to list your GPU ^^ but i shouldn't matter to much because you said you have the latest driver
Let me guess, Intel GMA? If so you need to upgrade you Graphics Card.

When you get the Revision it comes with all the plugins you need.
Don't worry about that.
