Some AR codes not working on Super Mario Sunshine on Dolphin 5.0

First of all, my apologies if I posted this in the wrong section. I wasn't sure if I should post this in the game thread or support.

I recently downloaded the newest version of Dolphin and noticed some issues while playing Super Mario Sunshine. After making sure that enabled cheats was checked, I selected these AR codes: Infinite water, infinite hover time, super jump, 99 lives and infinite health. Of those codes only super jump and 99 lives actually worked.

It has been a few months since the last time I played this game but I seem to remember the codes working in a previous version of Dolphin. I uninstalled the newest version and installed the 4.0.2 version but I can't for the life of me get my GameCube controller to work on it now. I even followed the instructions for reinstalling the driver using Zadig.

This is the only game I play where some codes don't work.

4.0.2 doesn't support native GC controllers.
Try testing with the keyboard as the controller if you're just doing testing in 4.0.2.

Sometimes Dolphin isn't accurate enough to use all the cheats, as they rely on it being console perfect.

I have all the cheats you mentioned working fine on Dolphin 5.0. Played the game last night and all was good. Check the codes, maybe delete them and re enter them.
