if it is posible, get the 2nd choice, but ask for faster RAM, as for a certified PC12800 (1600MHz) dual channel kit. even 4GB kit at this speed is still better than that 8GB.
you'll rarely need mode than 4GB on daily usage, even for gaming.
unless you're plaing crysis2, dirt3, metro2033 at the same time )
*believe me i've tried, 8GB is enough to run 3-4 AAA games at the same time, di doubt you'll ever want to do that
about OC, with 2500K at stock, you'll get full speed most games (can't say about the game i never tried) even with LLE.
