Whenever I run Dolphin in fullscreen, my FPS literally drops down to around 10 or so, rendering any game unplayable. The audio also distorts and crackles horribly. Running it windowed with a small-sized window gives me normal frame rates, but if the window is enlarged or I enable fullscreen mode, the lag sets in. The most perplexing part is that I have been using Dolphin for months now and have almost always gotten a stable 60 FPS in fullscreen mode with most games, until one time today. Now the problem seems to be stuck with me. In case anyone wonders, I do not recall changing any graphical settings at all between the last time it ran normally and when it began lagging.
