I'm currently playing Mega Man 10 with r7302 and here is the recorded input file:

The file should sync on even the newest revision with the following settings:

Now my problem is, near the end of the movie, my input desyncs. This hasn't been too much of an issue before, as I simply save a state before the desync, continue recording, and overwrite the file with the new inputs. But for whatever reason, when I try to do the same here, the input doesn't change. It still does exactly the same thing. I've tried deleting the old file and exporting a new one with a completely different name, and it doesn't do anything. I've tried with Read-Only mode on and off (although in my experiences, this seems to have no effect on input recording).
Why would the old inputs continuously be saved into a new file? How do I overwrite these inputs?
