But if you want to lower the power consumption then sell your curent GTX 460 (160W) , replace it with latest Maxwell GPU : EVGA GTX 750 (55W)
GTX 750 can handle up to 3xIR(1920x1584) on GPU intensive games , 4xIR (2560x2112) on most games .

As you can see , its Turbo Clock is even higher than a "normal OCed "i5 4670k
