Case : Bitfenix Prodigy ($80)
Mobo : Asrock Z97E ITX ($140)
CPU : i7 4790k with 4.4GHz Turbo Boost (stock speed)($340)
GPU : ??? . Just use Integrated Intel HD 4600 for the time being . You should wait for Nvidia GTX 800 series (Maxwell) to make the jump . Integrated Intel HD 4600 is on par with Nvidia GT 630 which is good enough for 2.5x Internal Resolution (1600x1320) . New Maxwell architecture is known for super low power consumption . There is only 2 Maxwell card atm : Nvidia GTX 750 (55W) or Nvidia GTX 750TI(60W) . You can get 'em now but if you want a more powerful card then you should wait for 800 series . GTX 760/770/780 are based on older architecture Kepler , I don't recommend those cards
TC : Arctic MX-4($10)
CPU heatsink : Noctua NH-L9I($48) . This CPU heatsink is powerful enough to handle i7 2600k @ 4.3GHz . So i7 4790k won't be a problem at all even if you overclock it . It's dead silent btw
RAM : Gskill Ripjaws X Series 2x4GB DDR3 1600MHz($80)
PSU : Seasonic X Series 650W 80 Plus Gold ($130) . I know this PSU is overkill but it's dead silent and it uses Japanese components which are super durable
Edits : Oops , I forgot Nvidia skipped 800 series . Nvidia will release 900 series instead
