[solved] dolphin opens up on a monitor no longer connected

after moving my computer around and re configuring my monitor positions and such, and also upgrading to windows 10, dolphin no longer opens up on any of my monitors but instead opens up offscreen somewhere. i have read that the fix for this was either using the winkey + up arrow or left, right arrows, but those do not seem to be working. i also read that for version 3 you could edit the ini for the windows position fix it that way but it would appear that with version 4.0.2 there no longer is a dolphin.ini? how would i best go about fixing the window position?
