I checked out the tutorial on the support page but it's not really helping... I searched Control Panel for 'bluetooth' and nothing showed up. My laptop is an L502X and the adapter is Intel Advanced 6230, I'm running Windows 7 x64. Had no problems connected my DualShock 3 using bluetooth in Motioninjoy.
I went to bluetoothinstaller.com and this is the error I got while trying to install:
No unconfigured bluetooth devices found.
You should uninstall your existing bluetooth driver (stack) and reboot your computer.
It is recommended to unplug (or switch off) your bluetooth adapter during uninstall process.
If you still get this error, click "Report hardware configuration" bellow and e-mail results to us. This will help us to fix the problem.
Should I uninstall Intel PROset? Wouldn't that kill my Wifi? (It's Wifi and Bluetooth one one device). Any help's appreciated
Nevermind I got it working. In case anyone else has this problem, what I did was go into Programs and Features > Intel PROset/Bluetooth and clicked on Repair. The BT icon showed up in my taskbar then I went to Add Device and paired up my wiimote. Didn't have to download anything
