*Update: It seems I installed zadig for lilbusbK incorrectly, probably too early. Did it over again and success!
*Update: I posted my current issue over in the controller section of the forum where I have established my controller is recognized in Win 10 to the point of requesting a PIN, but I am unable to get it working in Dolphin following a guide that states I should sync it in-game but I cannot start a game due to a black screen crash with error messages in the log, but using any other option in the controller section of dolphin allows games to boot fine, but cannot switch to bluetooth passthrough after the game has started with another option selected.
Of course I restart my pc after posting this and now I have "DESKTOP-O198IAJ" listed under where it says Bluetooth on in Bluetooth & other devices in Windows. When I add bluetooth and press the red button on the wii mote as iit scans I get Nintendo RVL-CNT-01 and when I connect there is no response. Cannot test in dolphin as I am having an issue that I posted in another thread, so the bluetooth passthrough may be working fine, but I cannot test it in dolphin yet.*
I have experience soldering electronics and have never had an issue with my soldering work. I have installed Zadig libusbK and when I plug my homemade bluetooth into the USB I have no indication that there is any new hardware. I have checked device manager and there is nothing except my mouse listed under libusbK. I originally used the BT chip from my Wii console, and when that didnt work I bought two BT chips from the link below for parts. All parts I ordered were through that link as well prior to ordering the BT chips. Is there something I am missing on the software side, is my hardware too old, or is the only possibility is that a part I ordered is not functioning properly? I appreciate any help.
I followed this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oV4hZxbOkXI&t=424s
