xp sp3 - dual core 2.5 - 2 gb ram - nvidia 1gb ddr2

sup every one i was trying to play - resident evil zero - on the emulator 2.0 but it was so slow Sad

i followed ur videos and guides in the site but nuthing .

the fbs always between 10-18 and speed between 70-72

also i tried r6880, r6877 both are 32 bit

would u help me pls !

Well, this is my spec:


AMD Phenom II X6 1090T BE (six cores @ 3,2GHz)
Corsair XMS3 8GB Kit
Sapphire Radeon HD6950
Windows 7 64bit

Dolphin r6850

RE Zero slows down to FPS:20 | VPS:40




So, its not a matter of your system, more the compatibility of dolphin itselve.

use directx9 plugin?
and look after the game threads with optimal config settings...

if its still not at 100%
your rig(computer setup) is to slow

Am I able to use a directx9 plugin while running on a Ubuntu box?
Or am I forced to use openGL?

Just install a Microsoft Direct3D 9 driver for Ubuntu Linux and you'll be able to use the DX9 plugin.

Btw: Don't assume everyone knows that you're running Linux, that kind of stuff should be mentioned in the first thread post.

in words...
with directx i got approximatly in mh3 55-60fps
with opengl drops to 40fps...

go 4 windows if you want to play on your rig...

Sorry, I am using Windows, as mentioned in my first post on this thread.
The question about the Ubuntu DirectX thing was just a sidekick.
