If you still want to use Dolphin on that machine, use r4598 or r7589, these revisions may work with your old Intel GMA, however, be advised that your performance will be very poor...

You won't see any errors if you disable panic handlers, since your GPU doesn't support Pixel Shader 3.0 most games wont work, some that don't require P.S 3.0 might still run though.

Yeah that would explain it. Aren't panic handlers on by default though?
