nobody really knows and the only information you'll get from users is anecdotal evidence, would have to ask cemu developers.

Having a multi core CPU might be useful for CEMU in future. Wii U itself uses a tri-core PowerPC based CPU, CEMU will probably split those cores to individual threads in future...

Great chip, too bad it's expensive at least in Europe, around 180-200 EUR.
I've bought an i3-6100 for ~95 EUR and plan to overclock it (hopefully I get a good chip) to 4.5-4.8GHz, i'll have similar performance for half of the price.

BCLK overclock. Just waiting to receive my case, I'll start assembling everything when I get it.

I think seeing what happens with Zen will be more exciting for the budget Dolphin user than any negligible IPC boost from Kaby Lake.

At 1st the 8 core / 16 threads cpu will be released and the smaller ones are said to be released later. There's no word on the pricing yet, but i assume it will be in the same region as for the current intel 4 cores / 8 threads overclockable cpu or even more expensive, considering that it hopefully offers 50 to 100% more multithreading performance.

My hope is that, at least for the first generation or two of this new architecture, they keep their prices mostly below intel's in order to draw people that have grown used to intel just being better away.
Or at the very least, continue to offer decent cheapo chips, because honestly they seem to do that better than their big 8-core monsters.
