Like/love Super Mario Galaxy?
Have heard that you have to set your sound engine to LLE to fix many music issues?
Got tons of lags because of LLE?
Can't buy a better CPU/computer?
Then this guide is for you!(at least it worked to me)
1.Open Dolphin.
2.Right-click on SMG and click on "Propeties" and enable those options:
-Dual Core
-Accurate VBeam Emulation
-Speed Up Disk Transfer Rate
-Widescreen
-Alternate Wiimote Timing
3.Go to "Graphics" menu and enable those options:
-Backend Direct3D 11
-Internal Resolution set to Auto
-Scaled EFB Copy
-Ignore Format Changes
-EFB Copies set to Texture
-External Frame Buffer set to Virtual
-Mark all options in "Other" frame
Progressive Scan
You should get at least 22-30 FPS when using that guide. If that guide wont help you don't spam with something like "OMG YOU SAID THAT THIS GUIDE WILL WORK". If that guide wont help you either enter BIOS and edit some opotions (more info soon) or buy new CPU.
EDIT: Because of some misunderstandings about "Other" option I send screenshots.
