A friend and I were playing SSBM over netplay and had a great time, and he said he would like to try Brawl. So I sent him my copy of the game and we both started it up. When we started playing however, the game began to desync very badly; we would start on opposite sides of the arena, our damage numbers would be different, and when we chose random characters they would be different on each of our screens as well. We tried everything, from synchronizing our memory cards to deleting our "Dolphin Emulator" folders in My Documents. Nothing ended up working.

You´d better use the latest dev builds (4.0 has critical bugs), they are way faster. Remember you need to run Dolphin in Single Core mode (uncheck Dual Core on configs).
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

I've been using version 4.0-2494, the same as my friend, and I've checked everything relevant to using netplay, including dual cores.
