I'm a bit confused about the wiimote dropout issues that people are having. Recently I broke my wiimote and a friend of mine gave me one of hers, but she told me that she wasn't too sure but it might be broken. So here's my question, when the wiimote drops out for any of you how exactly is it dropping out?
I've been using revision 6970 with my old wiimote and never had a problem, but with this one it just stops working randomly without the game even saying that it lost connection. Just turns off and can't be reconnected. In order for me to reconnect it I have to completely remove the batteries from the remote, remove it from my bluetooth device list, reconnect it, then pair it with dolphin. The problem happens in Super Paper Mario and Metroid Other M. Haven't tested any other games.
Is this the problem that other people are having or is this wiimote actually broken like my friend thought it might be?
System info just in case you need it:
Intel Core 2 Quad 2.66ghz
8 Gb RAM
Windows 7 x64
Tested with revisions 6970, 3.0, and 3.0-179
