Smackdown vs raw 2010 save

i downloaded a smackdown vs raw 2010 save from gamesfaq,the file is a bin file,but i can run on dolphin!anyone know how?

Try putting it in game's folder (right click on game in the Dolphin list -> Open Wii Save Folder).

mine is too slow around 20 fps , if yours is better plz post the your config.
