Hello everyone, I've been trying to tweak Dolphin to play the Resident Evil remake. In some rooms, the frame rate is perfect, then other rooms it looks like my character is running underwater. Could you recommend a build or settings for me? Here are my specs...

Windows 7
Intel Pentium 3.00GHz
Radeon HD 4670
3.00 GB
3.0-592 32-Bit

Intel Pentium... too weak. you can try to overclock this CPU, but i won't make much difference.

Which Pentium ?
_Pentium 4 (1 core + Hyper Threading , 65nm) ?
_Pentium D (2 cores , 65nm ) ?
_Pentium Dual Core E5xxx (2cores ,45nm) ?
_Pentium Sandy Bridge G860 ? (2cores , 32nm)

1,2 : No way
3 : Slow . But if you overclock it (3.6Ghz+) , most wii games will run fine
4 : As fast as i3 2100 without HT
