Slow games

Hi there, I installed recently dolphin and tryed mario kart double dash but the game can't pass 30fps, in the new super mario wii I get 17 fps. My pc specs are core 2 duo E6420 OC'ed to 3.0ghz, 4GB DDR2 1066mhz and a Radeon HD4770.
