I have no clue why, but I can't play Skyward Sword at the 30fps full speed. I am at about 17-20 fps playing 720p. Please help?! This is only a problem when I use EFB to Ram, but I need that to keep from getting a headache from the parallel lines that plague the game without it turned on!
Slow gameplay with core i5 3570k @ 4.5 GHZ!

There are no lines in the recent revisions and EFB to Texture. You must be using an older build (probably an Emulated MotionPlus build).
But regardless, at 4.5ghz my 3570K is able to run Skyward Sword with EFB to Ram pretty well. Does your system still run the game slowly at 1x Native internal resolution? Also, post your full system specs please. AMD Threadripper Pro 5975WX PBO+200 | Asrock WRX80 Creator | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 FE | 64GB DDR4-3600 Octo-Channel | Windows 11 23H1 | (details)

Yeah, it works just fine with the onex native res.
ASRock z77 Extreme 4 4GBx2 G.Skill DDR3 2200MHZ Ripjaws X Nvidia gt 430 Windows 7 x64 SP1 i5 3570k @ 4.5 ghz I will say, though, that my GPU while playing the game is sitting around at 70 percent usually, and my CPU at around 50 percent. I tried the 1x Native res. and the game worked flawlessly, but then it wasn't as pretty as before. I bought this CPU for a reason: to better emulate dolphin at higher res 08-08-2012, 03:44 PM

I'll just elaborate on why admin89 is correct. The GPU handles all of the above in Dolphin; once your GPU satisfies those settings, the rest of the work largely rests with the CPU. If the GPU is the bottleneck, it doesn't matter how great the CPU is (and yours is one of the best you can get for Dolphin). To better understand this concept, have a look at the Minimum GPU specs. You're probably only good for 2X IR; anything more will start to slow you down. 08-08-2012, 04:00 PM
2x IR + 1920x1080 Full screen mode will smoke that graphic card

You should better buy a new GPU. The GTX 550 Ti or the GTX 560 are recommended (or just wait for the new Kepler GPUs )

Thanks guys, I'll probably end up getting the GTX 670. I was just worried that something was wrong with my setup in terms of CPU from looking at the usage of each of my components.
