Slow gameplay regardless of options

The 2500K should perform reasonably well in most games. But if you're not seeing a speedboost in them in newest builds vs 4.0.2, especially Wind Waker, then something's wrong.

Wind Waker, Melee and Double Dash should run full speed on that computer regardless of overclocking.
