I overclock my cpu to 4.400 so I can play dolphin games at better speed. Can someone check my settings and tell me what I need to change to improve my overclock.

You should ask that on an overclocking forum, like Overclock.net. Or Overclockers.com. Or any of the other ones. While overclocking is obviously common here, a lot of big stuff about overclocking should be asked on a forum entirely devoted to it.
Also, every CPU is different. What works on one guy's 4770k might just cause BSODs on another guy's, for example. You should check in-depth guides and such for what you should change, to look for what, what that will mean, and what you might be able to do with that.
