Hi everyone im having problem with running monster hunter 3
it run on 100% speed until i get in character screen the fps slow down to 6 > 7 fps
my computer is:
ProcessorBig Grinual-Core CPU E5300 @2.60GHz
Memory: 2GB
Grahics: Geforce 8400
DX version:directx June 2010
and im using dolphin SVN R 6237
plz help me resolve this problem. thank you!

Yes, this is it (EFB, not FBE, it's "embedded frame-buffer", often used for rendering things on top of other things).
If you want to sacrifice emulation accuracy for speed, check the "Skip EFB access from CPU" option, as well as some other options from the "Hacks" tab.
My computer specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x86
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @2.66Ghz - 2GB of DDR2 RAM (400Mhz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512

Well, any of the "hack" options on my dolphin made my game faster...
maybe it can't be helped Sad
