Slow buttons backbone

I have twilight princess and backbone set up on it. When I tap the slash button with my sword it is slow. I can't rapidly push it I can only slow push it. Is the a setting in dolphin to help with this or is it just the way she goes. Everything up today. I am using a s 23 ultra and a brand new backbone controller and everything is fully updated

It's the gamecube version cause I couldn't figure out a way around the motion sensor stuff so I downgraded
