Slight screen flickering after reducing CPU

Hello,

I've been trying to find ways to improve performance of emulation and I managed to do this by reducing CPU speed to 40%, however this seems to have caused a different problem whereby during gameplay the screen occasionally flickers.

Has anybody seen this before? If so, is it easy to remedy?

That feature is known to break anything and everything, which is why it has large and scary warning labels on it. You'll need to set CPU clock back to 100% to fix it.
