Since this is my first post I hope to be as helpful as possible. I have searched and didn't get any results, it would seem I am alone with this problem, thus I have tested over a dozen versions of dolphin in order to isolate this problem and this is what I have:

Original issue: Using Latest dev version of dolphin (4.0-5923) User experiences slight right tilt causing vehicle to pull to the right in driving games (tested mario Kart and sonic all stars...) User must correct for slight right turn throughout race. Using emulated wiimote (PS3 controller)

Stable release did not cause issue so I began testing version after version until I found the two versions that were different when it came to this issue.

To be sure, version 4.0-4536 is good and does not force the slight right tilt (turn)
The next version 4.0-4543 and one can assume every version newer than that causes the slight right tilt (turn).

Notably, and not suprisingly, version 4536 and 4543 both mention a type of controller cleanup (controller and nunchuck) Maybe this can be addressed more quickly with this information?

Thanks for a great emulator!

What controller are you using? Are you sure it's not the hardware itself that's causing issues?

Good question, I use a set of 4 ps3 controllers and like you indicated I have tried to take steps to eliminate that variable by testing multiple controllers. I also tried assigning the tilt to different buttons, joysticks, dpad etc. Even if I clear the input for tilt altogether it still occurs. It could be my equipment but then I'm not sure what else could be going on between the two versions that my equipment is affecting?
