I've been having an issue on 7719(due to banding) where the world sort of overlays and creates a weird distortion on top of it.

EFB Copy to Ram does nothing except slowdown the game by 10frames. The problem still exists.

I've been using the DX11 backend, but played around with several settings in dx9 to see if that was part of the issue. This image is probably better. That layer travels around the screen. Sometimes I see archways and buildings sort of following around transparent, but causing some type of visual bug.

nvm fixed it. removed antialiasing and put at arthroscopic at 16x w/ dx11. thanks
