I realize my post above was a bit lengthy, but nobody has any input or advice?

Well Zariel whats it gonna be man?  You waiting for Nintendo to get there first? Big Grin They are probably working on it right now. I would like to help with this project if you would accept any of my contributions.

I tried increasing the depth of field with the gecko code, but that resulted in the weird blurry rendering and border glitches inside the Knight Academy. I switched to the original (non-gecko) hack, and it looks fine so far. Does the original DOF hack create issues elsewhere in the game? I'm fine with disabling the hack temporarily to get through parts of the game, but I need to know when or where to do it. (This being my first time playing the game, I won't necessarily know if something that looks strange is supposed to be that way or not.)

Second issue: The SweetFX settings are NOT working correctly for me. In particular, the Cineon DPX configuration results in an oversaturated, overly-cyan image with completely blown highlights. The clouds in the sky lose all detail and are rendered as mushy white blobs. This can't be what was intended -- it doesn't match the screen shots I've seen here and elsewhere. I've downloaded the SweetFX shader settings twice, thinking I must have gotten the wrong one the first time. But it's still the same. I have to disable SweetFX or run with heavily modified settings I came up with myself.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The non-gecko hack messes with the reticle for shooting weapons I think.
Also your SweetFX issues must be to do with ReShade updating, sorry for the issues this may have caused but I think this project is at a bit of a halt without an artist since most of the general stuff is done but without an artist it's just going to be put to nothing. If anyone else wants to be a major helpful part of the project I would gladly give you some major assets and put you in an admin position of things like the Tumblr and such.

The links are working for me. If you can see that there's something specific wrong with it can you tell me? I doubt my Google Drive link has expired yet.

But i guess the shader don't work for the 3.0 version of Dolphin, am i wrong ? 'cause the game look good with the texture pack without the shader i think i loose something.
With this version of Dolphin if i try rename ReShade64.dll to dxgi.dll Dolphin will crash if i launch a game. I think the shader are not compatible with Dolphin 3.0 and moreso they are buggy in this version, see the screen :

That's something /ô/

Funny because I had the exact same error with Dolphin 5.0... I belive you need to disable DOF Hack.

I actually managed to beat the dungeon... even in the complete black... it was quite challenging but it's just one room Smile

Oh yes I had this problem too and ended up solving the dungeon this way as well.  Uploaded Lanayru Mine Dungeon Playthrough.

So I noticed in my game and watching other videos on youtube that there's a green square around the stamina circle and a brown square when you target someone/something. Does anyone know what's causing this?

So I put this in "edit user config", but it doesn't work. I still have the ugly DOF.

Don't bother with the DOF hack anymore, everyone should be trying this nifty Gecko code that was made for this purpose.

Remove DOF effect (Gecko cheat code)

1. Open dolphin > Config
- General Tab
Enable Cheats > checked

2. Make sure you have set up your games directory so you can see Skyward Sword in the main dolphin window
Open Dolphin > Config
- Paths Tab
'Add' button and check 'Search Subfolders' option

3. Right click Skyward Sword > Properties

4. Go to Gecko Codes tab, click Edit Config button at bottom

5. Paste in the following text in the .ini file that opens in notepad (or your default text editor)

Quote:[Gecko]
$Art Style Intensity Modifier [Anarion]
0257A350 00003F83
*This code removes the painterly Depth of Field effect

6. Save and close the .ini file

7. Check "Art Style Intensity Modifier" box under Gecko Codes tab, then Close
