After I acquire the practice sword if I pull it out the remote stops responding (emulation is still continuing fine. Just Link doesnt respond to any button presses or motion controls) and I have no choice but to stop the emulation.
ALSO
If I attempt to start the game again the remote is unresponsive still. It won't refresh via Dolphin setting either. I have to pull the batteries out of the remote in order for it to start responding again.

All the motion control stuff (like aiming in first person, throwing, jumping, selecting, etc) works fine up till the instant I pull out the sword. Then I just stand there. Cause none of the buttons or the analog stick will respond.

It's also NOT losing bluetooth sync either. Something happens that bugs out the remote the moment I pull out the sword.

Happens with two differ remotes.

I did a little experiment where I pulled the sword out, remote stopped responding, pulled out the batteries and put em back in, resynced bluetooth, refreshed controller in Dolphin, THEN the game worked and I could move the sword around etc and Link responded to all buttons and movements.
HOWEVER
If I put the sword away and pull it out again the controller stops responding again...

UPDATE: It was the speaker data. I had to turn it off in Dolphin and the bug stopped.

You need BT passthrough and a good adapter for Wii remotes to work perfectly.

Also, in emulated BT mode, Speaker Data is known to cause issues for some adapters.
