Right-click the game inside dolphin - properties - activate Vbeam
25-30 FPS on my laptop : Anti-Aliasing : none , Internal Res : 2.5x (1600x1320),Anisotropic Filter : 16x Laptop: (Show Spoiler)

Admin89, did the processor in your laptop come with that clock speed or is it turbo boost?

Turbo Boost works as long as the temp is under 75C
