Skyward Sword Graphical Error

Alright, I've got real mystery of a problem that I've put a lot of research into and could not find a solution. Every other thread I've found on various sites, including this one, about this issue does not lead to a solution. The threads either abruptly end or someone links to another thread with solutions I tried but they did not work. Coming here is my last resort, so I promise I've already put a lot of effort into trying to solve this. Here's what's going on;

As you can see, the background here looks really messed up, like someone took a low resolution image and put a sharpening filter on it. The thing is, in most areas, the game looks fine, like this;

One of the first things I did was apply this Gecko code, which is meant to change the intensity of the art style;

0257a350 00003f83

However, it does not seem to have any effect on what's going on in that one area in the first image. I am absolutely confident that cheats are enabled, I checked multiple times. I then tried this Gecko code, which unfortunately crashes the game after the Wii Remote is calibrated and it tries to load the title screen;

c2023ee0 00000003
3c204100 60210000
d03d01f4 d03d01f8
d03d01fc 00000000

The above code is meant to remove the impressionism filter of the game, but no matter what version of Dolphin I use or what settings I change the game always crashes, so I have no idea if this code would have solved my problem.

I also tried pasting this into the Game Config Editor. I tried pasting it in various places in both the User Config and the Default Config, but there was no difference;

[EmuState]
EmulationStateID = 0
EmulationIssues =

[Video]
ProjectionHack = 1
PH_SZNear = 1
PH_SZFar = 1
PH_ExtraParam = 0
PH_ZNear = 0
PH_ZFar = 1.0

I tried using every graphics backend available. There was no difference. I tried changing aspect ratio settings. I tried different shader compilation settings. I tried adjusting the anisotropic filtering. I turned Force Texture Filtering on as was recommended in multiple sources I read (not really related to my problem, but it was something I saw was recommended for this game). I tried enabling and disabling every possible relevant setting. I tried using a variety of different versions of Dolphin 5.0 (including a release (5.0 - 12290) that a friend of mine says that they do not have this graphical issue on) and I even tried a couple versions of 4.0. Although, I could not actually test anything from the stable 5.0 release or earlier, because for some reason it would not recognize any inputs from my Wii Remote despite it clearly connecting to the emulator (the Wii Remote would vibrate and the first light on the left would light up). In every other version of 5.0 I used, I was able to use the Wii Remote.

Most of the settings I'm using for this game are default settings. These are the only differences; V-sync is on. Compile Shaders Before Starting is enabled. Internal resolution is 3x Native (1920 x 1584) for 1080p. Anti Aliasing is 2x MSAA. Anisotropic Filtering is set to 2x. Force Texture Filtering is enabled.

The game runs quite well otherwise, aside from a couple minor stutters here and there. Stable framerate, audio sounds good, looks great upscaled. I know upon registering to these forums I was asked to list my PC specs already, but let me list them again in this post just in case anyone asks for it;

Operating System; Windows 10 Pro x64

CPU; Intel Core i7 5810K @ 3.30GHz

RAM; 16 GB (brand not listed on PC, sorry if this is an important detail)

Motherboard; ASRock X99E - ITX/ac

Graphics; NVDIA GeForce GTX 1070

I feel I either need some kind of graphical solution, or I need to be able to use my Wii Remote in the stable 5.0 release and see if the issue still exists there. I don't feel confident that running the game in stable 5.0 would solve the issue, since I downloaded a release closest to stable 5.0 (5.0 - 9) and although I was able to use my Wii Remote, the same graphical issues were present. If anyone can help me fix either of these issues. I would be very grateful. I've been working very hard to get this game running the way it should and I don't want to give up now. I'm not exactly an expert on these kinds of things so I don't know if there's something I've missed, but I put a lot of research into this.

I have some really great news; the issue was entirely the original Gecko code I had enabled to reduce the intensity of the art style. I managed to modify the code in a specific way that fixes this issue at the cost of a very minor graphical issue that happens outdoors (but it's barely noticable and so much more preferable to the original issue);

As you can see, this indoor area looks as it should. Now for the new issue the new code causes;

It's more noticable when you're moving around, but there's a slight reflection effect going on with some parts of the environment. You can just barely see it looking at the right side of the gate here. But honestly, after everything I've been through to set up this game, I really don't mind it. It's barely noticable in a way that I'll probably get used to seeing it.

If anyone else has this problem, try using my modified version of the Gecko code to reduce the intensity of the art style;

Another update; it doesn't seem the issue is actually solved. It happened again during this cutscene;

It's like no matter which version of the code you use, or if you don't use a code, this issue shifts to a different part of the game.

After a bit more research and diving deep into multiple threads, I found the real code that completely removes the filter instead of modifying it;

0257a350 00000000

If anyone else has this problem, USE THIS CODE!! When you initially research this, you get a different version of this code that just slightly alters the filter. This one removes it completely.
