Skylanders Portal of Power is Undetected

I believe I have tried everything and have followed the instructions on how to make the portal work on the wiki. I have the latest build of Dolphin and a Spyro's' Adventure portal. Your help would be appreciated!

Edit: So I have put the Winusb driver on portal. I managed to find the portal on the whitelist as 1430:1f17- Unknown (instead of Spyro Portal). Even after whitelisting that, the portal does acts like it was never connected. It it because it is a Spyro's Adventure xbox 360 portal?

The Xbox 360 Portal is not compatible with Wii. The PS3 Portal, however, is.
