Probably not until they are shown after clicking "Show all available branches". Usually when something isn't a in a list of "all available branches", it's safe to assume that branch isn't available.

True, should replace it by "Show all published branches". Everything is available but we don't want everything displayed to avoid confusing people. It's easy enough to replace the text in the URL if you know what you want.
