skipping videos on games

if there any way to skip videos on games that don't play them properly?

Depending on the game you can usually skip videos by pressing "start" or some combination of buttons. If that doesn't work, holding tab usually makes the video play faster.

apart from that, is there any hack to bypass videos that are garbled? like on pcsx2.

Why bother adding a hack to skip broken videos when you can just... fix the videos?

Sometimes user requests stop making any sense when you actually think about them.

because they've never been fixed. i.e. from russia with love, the vids haven't worked since the game was first made playable.

The fact that the issue's been around forever doesn't mean it can't be fixed. Just means nobody's tried hard enough.
