If its an ini in the Documents\Dolphin\GameSettings folder that is the wrong one, it has to be the ini in the main dolphin folder or Dolphin-x64\Sys\GameSettings.

Please don't edit any of the files in Sys. It's not supposed to be edited, and updating Dolphin will get a bit messy because of it. Any settings in the GameSettings folder in the Dolphin Emulator folder will override the ones from the Sys folder, so just put EFBToTextureEnable = True there.

Thank you so much for working on this all-time classic game, very exciting!

In relation to the audio, perhaps it would be worth posting over at https://www.hcs64.com/ for some help? Possibly a useless suggestion but just throwing it out there.

Most of the textures that aren't working for you are part of that big texture that is problematic in EFB to RAM
I edited the ini in the folder where Dolphin is installed, not documents. And I thought the EFB to RAM problems was fixed? How else did you get the UI working in this picture?

Oh I didn't know it was possible to override the override. I thought I tried this before and it didn't work, maybe I forgot to add the [Video_Hacks] header.

If you are using the PAL version, there is no retexture yet. I did not know the PAL and USA versions had differences. I have a friend who agreed to dumping it for me, so all you can do for the moment is be patient. You can also try renaming the texture for now, but I'm not sure if everything will line up.

Here's the link to the textures I dumped. Ignore the terrain textures, I dumped them on accident.  https://1drv.ms/f/s!AvwDW-gJA9OypQoemSB_F4f9N0Kh

Try the latest version, it should hopefully fix most of the missing textures in the PAL version. Some textures might still be missing or won't show up correct so let me know if you find any.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

This looks absolutely beautiful! You have really done an amazing job. Big Grin

This is a dream come true. I have played through Skies of Arcadia: Legends 28 times now. It is by far my #1 favorite game in all of existence. To see it FINALLY get some love and a bit of a revival from anyone makes me ecstatic!
If you guys ever need donations to keep the projects going, or already HAVE a place to donate, please let me know. This is MORE than worthy enough for donations.

Edit: In addition to the above... <3<3<3
I am not sure if the music is really something that can be fixed without some major core coding changes. Consider the following that I was reading a little while back --

'I think that most music is some sort of midi-esque affair. You have an info file that may store the information of each theme's composition, and a sample file with the instruments for each theme.

It would make sense as I remember the Maramba theme song having some of the instruments cut when you walk (Like if the channel for that instrument would be used for the footsteps sound effect or something). If the game had entire tracks that wouldn't be happening. I don't know how the original game did this (if they were sound tracks instead of these, I guess, sequenced formats).'
(I can second the Maramba theme song issue. I noticed that during one of my play-throughs. And the source for this previously demonstrated a decent amount of knowledge on older game audio hacks)

If it was possible to find what is calling those files and point it to custom DSP files for all the other missing songs, that would be a thing. But that is most certainly currently out of my scope of abilities.

I admit that I have just began to dabble in this sort of thing, so this may be either wrong or so obvious that you already know... but I thought I would throw it out there anyways.
