I wanted to use a controller and a keyboard for a game so I could make macros since I suck at the game.
Since the game is single player, I can't, is there anyway to mod, or configure Dolphin to let me?

Controller config > right click on control you want to assign multiple controls to > you can now configure complex controls to whatever you need. Including different input devices controlling one control.

can you show me a screenshot of the advanced config window?

Chances are you didn't stick an "OR" conditional (or just clicked the OR button) between your two controls

I am playing a gamecube game, and using a Logitech Dual Action controller, I wanted to put one button as 2 already existing buttons together. So I can make them be hit together at the same time, frame perfectly, to prevent me messing up some cool tricks in-game.

I am kind of confused on how I do this though, as the gamecube controller buttons don't show up. MY controller's buttons show up.
(Button 0, Button 1) instead of (X, Y)

Okay so I think you're a bit confused on multiple parts.

1. The ADD condition does not hit controls together.

2. If you want to hit multiple GameCube Controller buttons with one real controller, you can simply just bind that real controller button twice. No need to use the advanced UI.

3. The advanced UI shows the controls for your controller to bind to the GameCube controller button you right clicked on.

Does that make more sense?

Not really, I don't know how to bind them together still.
I wanted to press X and Left Trigger together at the same time, frame perfectly. So I want to bind both of them to one key.
